Benefit:

(1) Generally, Cartridge Heater has a long cold section at both ends, which cannot heat up effectively. Therefore, highly recommend to use the specific single-head heating tube imitated from import model produced by our company. Its characteristic is that there is only one cold section which is generally 1cm or so.

(2) The heating section power should not exceed 10 watts/cm. For example, for a 30cm long heating tube, the power should not exceed 300 watts as much as possible. If the power exceeds the limit, the heating rod surface load will be high, and the steel pipe will be easily oxidized and corroded, resulting in a short circuit. But the power of Cartridge Heater produced by HCDR can reach 20 watts/cm. So the heat conduction must be good. The clearance fit is generally within 0.05mm, and the dimensional accuracy of the SLM type heating elements produced by our company is +-0.05mm .
